Download & install

Get the Windows installer, run setup, and launch WhatSender Pro on your PC — no cloud account required.

  1. Download WhatSender Pro from the Download page or your purchase email.
  2. Run WhatSenderPro_Setup.exe as administrator.
  3. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.
  4. Enter your license key and wait for the dashboard status to show Ready.

Import contacts

Load Excel, CSV, vCard or grab group members. Filter valid WhatsApp numbers before you send.

  1. Open IMPORTS → From File and select .csv, .xlsx, or .txt.
  2. Map columns to Name, Phone, and optional variables (Var1, Var2).
  3. Import from vCard or scrape WhatsApp group members (Business Edition).
  4. Run number filter to remove invalid or duplicate contacts.
