Installation & Windows security

Download and install WhatSender Pro Standard on Windows 10 or 11. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway — this is normal for desktop marketing tools.

  1. Download the installer from your purchase email or the Download page.
  2. Double-click WhatSenderPro_Setup.exe to start installation.
  3. If SmartScreen blocks the app, click More info → Run anyway (see mockup).
  4. Enter your Standard license key on first launch and wait for the dashboard to show Ready.

Load your recipient list from a file or add numbers manually.

Bulk import from CSV or TXT

Import thousands of contacts from Excel, CSV, or TXT. Map columns to name, number, and custom variables for personalization.

  1. Go to IMPORTS → From File and select your .csv or .txt file.
  2. Use semicolon (;) as separator: Name; Number; Variable_01
  3. Example row: John_Doe; +447123456789; Premium_Client
  4. Map columns to [Name], [Number], [Var1] and preview the first rows.
  5. Click Import — contacts appear in your sender list.
File format rule

All fields must use a semicolon (;) separator. Format: Name; Number; Variable_01. Save Excel files as CSV (semicolon delimited) before importing.

Connect WhatsApp (QR scan)

Link your phone to WhatSender by scanning a QR code — same process as WhatsApp Web.

  1. Click Open WhatsApp on the dashboard ribbon.
  2. A QR code appears in the software window.
  3. On Android: WhatsApp → Chats → Menu (⋮) → Linked devices → Link a device.
  4. On iPhone: Settings → Linked devices → Link a device.
  5. Scan the QR code — status turns green when connected.

Start your campaign

Choose a sending mode, set delays between messages, and hit Send. Schedule campaigns for a future date if you prefer.

  1. Ribbon → Sending Mode → pick Safe or Blind mode.
  2. Safe Mode: contacts you have chatted with before. Blind Mode: cold lists with built-in delays.
  3. Set delay between messages (e.g. 5–15 seconds) to mimic human typing.
  4. Click Send or Schedule Campaign → pick date/time → Start.
  5. Watch the live progress bar — delivery reports update in real time.
