This Privacy Policy applies to our website, purchase and support flows, license activation systems, and the WhatSender Pro Chrome extension. Product & License Data

When you purchase, activate, renew, or trial WhatSender Pro software or the Chrome extension, we may collect:

• License key, plan type, activation date, expiry date, and renewal history
• Device fingerprint or machine identifier (hashed hardware/software signature used only to bind a license to your device)
• Operating system version, application version, and activation/validation timestamps
• IP address at the time of license activation, validation, or trial signup (for fraud prevention and abuse detection)
• Purchase order ID, invoice details, billing name, and transaction reference (payment card data is handled by payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
• Reseller or coupon code used at checkout, if applicable

Support & Communication Data

• Support tickets, chat transcripts, bug reports, and emails you send to us
• Screenshots, logs, or diagnostic files you voluntarily attach when requesting help
• Enquiry reference numbers and resolution notes maintained by our support team

Data We Do Not Collect by Default

Unless you explicitly enable a connected feature and supply credentials yourself, WHATSENDER PRO does not upload your WhatsApp message content, contact lists, call recordings, or exported chat files to our servers. The desktop application is designed to store operational data locally on your PC. The Chrome extension stores recordings locally in your Downloads folder.

Identity & contact

Name, email, phone, billing address, company name — collected when you purchase, register for a trial, contact support, or subscribe to updates. Used to deliver licenses, invoices, support, and service communications.

Account & license

License keys, device fingerprints, activation logs, plan duration, and renewal status — collected to authenticate your purchase, prevent piracy, and manage subscriptions.

Transaction

Order ID, amount paid, currency, payment status, and tax details — collected to process purchases and maintain financial records. Card data is processed by PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Technical & usage

IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, and error logs — collected to secure our services, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

Marketing preferences

Email opt-in/opt-out status and campaign interaction — collected only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.

WHATSENDER PRO provides integration with Google Contacts to enhance your workflow. This section explains how we handle your Google user data in compliance with Google's API User Data Policy.

We access this data solely to allow you to Sync and Import your existing Google contacts into the WHATSENDER PRO Contact Intelligence Hub. This feature eliminates manual data entry and allows you to reach your business contacts instantly via WhatsApp.

Strict Privacy: WHATSENDER PRO does NOT share your Google user data with any third-party AI models or external services. We do NOT use your contact data for advertising or any purpose other than what is explicitly stated above.

Limited Use Compliance: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your synced Google contacts are stored locally on your device within the application's encrypted database. This data is NOT uploaded to our servers. You can remove the synced data at any time by deleting the contacts within the app or revoking the OAuth permission in your Google Account settings.

WHATSENDER PRO uses the collected data for various purposes:

• to provide and maintain our Service;
• to issue, activate, validate, renew, and revoke software licenses;
• to process orders, payments, invoices, and refund requests in accordance with our policies;
• to prevent fraud, license abuse, chargebacks, and unauthorized redistribution;

• to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;
• to provide customer support and respond to enquiries, bug reports, and grievances;
• to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service;

Payments

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 ("Child" or "Children").

As a provider of WhatsApp automation and marketing software, WHATSENDER PRO processes data that interacts with the Meta/WhatsApp ecosystem.

For personal data covered by this policy, WHATSENDER PRO acts as a Data Fiduciary. When you use our software to process your own customers' or contacts' data, you are primarily responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in relation to those individuals.

Lawful Grounds for Processing

• Legitimate uses: processing necessary to fulfil a contract with you (license delivery, billing, support), comply with law, respond to medical or safety emergencies, or prevent fraud and abuse.

Your Rights as a Data Principal

Consent & Notice

In addition to the DPDP Act, our processing of digital data in India is subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, where applicable.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the nature of the personal data we hold, including access controls, secure transmission, and restricted internal access.

• User-generated content: you are responsible for messages and data you send through the software; we do not monitor private WhatsApp communications stored on your device.

Cookies provide information regarding the computer used by a visitor. We may use cookies where appropriate to gather information about your computer in order to assist us in improving our website.

We may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer's hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing/chat cookies (live support tools) load only after you click Accept all or enable them under Preferences. You can reopen Cookie settings anytime from the website footer.

We may send you service-related emails about your license, renewals, security alerts, and support responses without additional consent where permitted by law.

Promotional emails about products and offers are sent only where we have a lawful basis — including your consent or, where permitted, because you are an existing customer with a similar product interest. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your personal data may be processed in India and in other countries where our hosting, payment, analytics, email, or support providers operate. Laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your residence.

Where required by applicable law (including GDPR and DPDP Act), we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections with service providers and secure transmission.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee (currently up to Rs. 999) for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests, or where permitted by law to recover costs of providing copies.

We may refuse requests that would compromise the privacy of other individuals, reveal trade secrets, or conflict with legal retention obligations.

The WhatSender Pro Chrome extension (“Extension”) works only on https://web.whatsapp.com. It is a companion to the WhatSender Pro desktop product and requires a valid extension license or an approved time-limited trial.

Data stored locally in your browser: extension settings, license status, device fingerprint (hashed identifier used only for license activation), chat analytics you enable, and call recording files saved to your Downloads folder when you start a recording.

Data sent to third-party services when you use features: message text may be sent to Google Translate and MyMemory translation endpoints to provide translations; optional voice transcription may download AI models from Hugging Face; license activation sends your license key, email (if provided), and device fingerprint to our license server at license.bulkmarketingpro.com; trial signup sends your email to our website for one-time verification.

Call recording: recordings are captured only when you tap the record control during a call. You are responsible for obtaining consent from all parties where required by law. Recordings are stored on your device — we do not upload call audio or video to our servers.

We do not sell extension user data. You can remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage in chrome://extensions. For license or privacy questions contact support@whatsenderpro.com.
