How to install WhatSender Pro

Complete checkout on our official website. Your license key and download instructions arrive by email after payment.

1. 1 Open whatsenderpro.com → Pricing and choose Standard or Business Edition.
2. 2 Complete checkout (PayPal, Stripe, Cashfree, Razorpay, or other listed gateways).
3. 3 Check your inbox for the purchase email with your license key and download link.
4. 4 Alternatively, request the latest installer from our Download page via WhatsApp support link.
5. 5 Save WhatSenderPro_Setup.zip or WhatSenderPro_Setup.exe to a folder such as Downloads.

If your email link delivers WhatSenderPro_Setup.zip, extract all files before running setup. Do not run the installer directly from inside the ZIP archive.

1. 1 Open your Downloads folder and locate WhatSenderPro_Setup.zip.
2. 2 Right-click the ZIP file → Extract All… (or use 7-Zip / WinRAR if installed).
3. 3 Choose a destination folder — Downloads or Desktop is fine.
4. 4 Wait until extraction finishes — you should see a folder named WhatSenderPro_Setup.
5. 5 Open the extracted folder — setup_whatsender.exe is inside.

If you double-click Setup_WhatSenderPro…exe while still inside the ZIP window, Windows opens it from a Temp path (AppData\Local\Temp) and shows: “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.” The file is not bad — extract it first.

1. 1 Click OK to close the error dialog.
2. 2 Close the ZIP / compressed-folder window (look for a path under AppData\Local\Temp).
3. 3 Go to your Downloads folder and find the .zip file (not the Temp view).
4. 4 Right-click the ZIP → Extract All… → choose Desktop, Downloads, or C:\ → Extract.
5. 5 Open the new extracted folder (not the ZIP itself).
6. 6 Right-click Setup_WhatSenderPro…exe or setup_whatsender.exe → Run as administrator.

If the folder is already on Local Disk (C:) — e.g. C:\WhatSender Pro Business Edition… — and double-clicking Setup_WhatSenderPro…exe still shows “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file,” Windows or antivirus is blocking the file even though it is extracted.

1. 1 Click OK to close the error dialog.
2. 2 Right-click Setup_WhatSenderPro_Business Edition…exe → Properties.
3. 3 If you see Unblock at the bottom of the General tab, check Unblock → Apply → OK (Windows Mark of the Web).
4. 4 Right-click the same setup file → Run as administrator → click Yes on the UAC prompt.
5. 5 Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → Add folder → select your C:\WhatSender Pro Business Edition… folder.
6. 6 If the file was quarantined: Protection history → restore Setup_WhatSenderPro…exe, then run it again as administrator.
7. 7 Optional: move the whole folder to a short path like C:\WhatSenderSetup (avoid very long folder names), then Run as administrator again.

Launch the installer from the extracted folder. Always prefer Run as administrator so Windows can write to Program Files and create desktop shortcuts.

1. 1 Open the extracted WhatSenderPro_Setup folder.
2. 2 Find setup_whatsender.exe (or Setup_WhatSenderPro…exe / WhatSenderPro_Setup.exe in some builds).
3. 3 Right-click the file → Run as administrator.
4. 4 Click Yes when Windows asks “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”.
5. 5 Follow the setup wizard until installation completes.

If setup stops with “Destination Folder Access Denied” or “You need permission to perform this action”, Windows blocked the install because setup was not run with administrator rights.

1. 1 Click Cancel or close the access-denied dialog.
2. 2 Return to the extracted folder — do not run from inside the ZIP.
3. 3 Right-click setup_whatsender.exe again → Run as administrator.
4. 4 On the UAC prompt, click Yes to allow the installer to modify your PC.
5. 5 If it still fails, choose a different install path (e.g. C:\WhatSenderPro) in the setup wizard.

When setup finishes successfully, a WhatSender Pro shortcut appears on your desktop. Use it every time you want to launch the software.

1. 1 Click Finish on the last step of the setup wizard.
2. 2 Check your desktop for the WhatSender Pro shortcut icon.
3. 3 Double-click the shortcut to launch the app.
4. 4 If no desktop icon appears, open Start → search “WhatSender Pro” → click the app.
5. 5 On first launch, the license activation dialog opens — paste your key from email.

Inside your WhatSender Pro install directory, open the Support folder and run missing components as administrator.

1. 1 Navigate to your install path → Support (e.g. C:\Program Files\WhatSender Pro\Support).
2. 2 Run AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe (or AccessDatabaseEngine.exe for 32-bit) if Excel .xlsx import fails or shows database engine errors.
3. 3 Business Edition: install Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime if the embedded browser does not load.
4. 4 Install Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) if the app fails to start with a DLL error.
5. 5 Standard Edition: ensure .NET Framework 4.6.1+ is installed; Business Edition requires .NET 4.8+.
6. 6 Restart WhatSender Pro after each component install.
