Install & activate

Add the extension to Chrome and paste your license key before translating.

WhatsApp translate runs inside Google Chrome on web.whatsapp.com. Install once, pin the toolbar icon, and connect your phone via QR code.

  1. Install WhatSender Pro extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Pin the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar.
  3. Open https://web.whatsapp.com and scan the QR code with your phone.
  4. Wait for the green “Connected to WhatsApp” status in the extension popup.

Real-time translation is a premium feature. Paste your Chrome extension license key in the License tab and click Activate license.

  1. Click the extension icon → License tab (key icon).
  2. Paste the license key from your purchase email.
  3. Click Activate license (purple button).
  4. Refresh WhatsApp Web with Ctrl+Shift+R.

Real-time bubble translation

Every new message gets a translation card below the original text.

When Auto Translate is ON (purple pill in the WhatsApp toolbar), each incoming message shows the original text, a language bar (e.g. GB ENGLISH), and the translation — all inside the bubble.

  1. Open any chat on WhatsApp Web.
  2. Confirm Auto Translate ON in the toolbar.
  3. Receive a message in Hindi, Spanish, or Arabic — translation appears instantly below.
  4. Click Listen on the translation card for text-to-speech playback.
  5. Enable Also translate outgoing messages to see translations under messages you send.

Set Translate to in Settings → pick GB English, US English, Hindi, or any of 100+ languages. Save settings to apply immediately.

  1. Extension popup → Settings tab.
  2. Translate to: select your preferred language.
  3. Toggle Auto-translate incoming and outgoing as needed.
  4. Enable Listen button on incoming translations for TTS.
  5. Click Save settings (green).

Type in your language, press Enter, and the extension sends the message translated into your contact's language. Auto-detect reads the last incoming message to guess Hindi, Portuguese, Arabic, and more.

  1. Settings → enable Translate before sending under Smart compose.
  2. Turn on Auto-detect contact language from chat.
  3. Press Enter to translate & send · Shift+Enter for a new line.
  4. Use the green translate icon in the message box for manual compose.

Batch-translate messages already in the thread with the blue Translate Chat button in the toolbar or popup quick action.

  1. Open the chat you want to translate.
  2. Click Translate Chat (blue pill) in the WhatsApp toolbar.
  3. Wait for the extension to process loaded messages.
  4. Scroll up to load more history, then run Translate Chat again if needed.

Can I translate voice messages with this feature?

Does it work on mobile WhatsApp?

This extension runs on WhatsApp Web in Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, or Linux — not on the phone app.
