Whatsenderpro.com & whatsenderpro.com is a PC Software “STAND ALONE“: all data will be stored exclusively on the PC in use without ever being Transmitted or Reachable by Our (and / or Third Party) Server or Other Online Systems. Whatsenderpro.com & whatsenderpro.com does not therefore have access and / or any kind of responsibility on your Data.

Whatsenderpro.com & whatsenderpro.com is NOT a spamming tool: If the content of the senders messages is unsolicited “garbage” messages, the recipients can click ‘Block’ or ‘Report Spam’ and that can get the senders’ WhatsApp account suspended/banned.

Whatsenderpro.com & whatsenderpro.com bears no responsibility for the content of any messages that are sent, the reception or reactions to those messages.

Whatsenderpro.com & whatsenderpro.com fully complies with all privacy regulations and does NOT provide any tool to capture sensitive data or information on whatsapp users. The program should only be used to facilitate communication with your contacts and spamming is not allowed.

This is because the situation varies from client-to-client and completely depends on the use case. WhatSender Pro is meant only for marketing (sending newsletters, or offers to your subscribers), not for spamming.

If in any case of discontinuity of our operations, we may not be able to provide updates to the software from the time onwards. Your existing apps will keep working as is (if WA does not do any changes). Please note, no refunds will be provided in such scenario.

However, WhatSender Pro will try to its level-best to adapt to future challenges up to possible extent in order to service its clients.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our App. It is your responsibility to check our App periodically for changes. EULA By using our software, you agree to abide following terms of usage:
License key once activated on a particular machine cannot be used with or transferred to a different machine.
No refund shall be provided against your license once activated on a machine.
This software will only scrape publicly available information from respective website(s) if and until the website is accessible from your machine. If either of your machine, network or IP is blocked by the respective website(s), it will not be considered as a software failure.
If the software fails to work properly at any point of time during your licensed period, you must allow upto 30 days for a fix discovered issue to be fixed.
In the event of software failure or discontinuation (due to technical limitations), you can request to convert your license to another offering from our range of software. This can only be availed once.
Redistribution of this software (regardless of purpose) is not permitted. Failing to which, your license shall be cancelled immediately.

Changes To Service

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.

In any case your system is stolen and formatted or virus attack then we help you to recover your license again after investigation is take time like 15-20 days. That case you have to contact our support team they help you better (This is chargeable process. We again charge 80% of amount of license.)

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.

Fee Changes
WhatSender Pro, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

WhatSender Pro will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refund Policy

Given the nature of the product i.e., a software that helps you send messages to your audience which works rights from the start of your license, no refunds shall be provided once the license key is activated and use or purchase. In international purchase, License is activated or non-activated no refunds shall be provided.

Limitations
No refunds shall be given in case any of the client's WA number got blocked by their respective service provider or the target audience. This is because the situation varies from client-to-client and completely depends on the use case. What Sender Pro & WhatSender Pro is meant only for marketing (sending newsletters, or offers to your subscribers), not for spamming. We depend on WA web server & API If in any case of discontinuity of our operations, we may not be able to provide updates & support to the software from the time onwards. Your existing apps will keep working as is (if WA does not do any changes). Please note, no refunds will be provided in such scenario. FURTHERMORE, IF THE PROGRAM NO LONGER WORKS DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW BLOCKING / SECURITY MEASURES OR UPDATE/RESTYLING OF WHATSAPP PLATFORM, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND. We Don’t Provide Any Refund for Problems That Are Originated from WhatsApp. We Don’t Provide Any Refund IF YOUR NUMBERS ARE BLOCKED BY WhatsApp.

However, What SenderPro & WhatSender Pro will try to its level-best to adapt to future challenges up to possible extent in order to service its clients.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service

Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These terms of use are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi.
