Anti-Spam Protocol

WHATSENDER PRO strictly prohibits the use of our software for sending unsolicited, junk, or deceptive messages.

Permission-based marketing is the only acceptable use case. Every recipient must have a documented relationship with you or have explicitly opted in to receive your communications.

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all messaging channels enabled through the software, including WhatsApp Web automation, Meta Cloud API templates, and any integrated outreach features.

WHATSENDER PRO is a neutral technology provider. Our software is a tool provided for the user's independent use. We do not provide, curate, or monitor the contact lists or the message content sent by our users.

We do not review, approve, or validate message copy, media attachments, campaign schedules, or recipient lists before they are sent from your device.

• You act as the data controller for recipient data you import, store, and message from your PC.
• WHATSENDER PRO does not host your WhatsApp sessions, contact databases, or message archives on its servers.
• We are not a marketing agency, lead broker, or message delivery service on your behalf.

• This includes claims arising from spam complaints, policy violations, data protection breaches, or unauthorized messaging attributed to your account.
• You agree to cooperate fully in any investigation and provide evidence of consent upon request.
• WHATSENDER PRO may share relevant transaction and license records with authorities when legally compelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using WHATSENDER PRO:

1. 01 Sending messages to purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party phone number lists.
2. 02 Sending deceptive links, phishing content, malware, or fraudulent offers.
3. 03 Sending messages to contacts who have not opted in or who have requested to opt out.
4. 04 Violating local or national privacy and marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, TRAI, CASL).
5. 05 Impersonating another person, brand, or government entity in message content.
6. 06 Sending adult, gambling, cryptocurrency scam, or illegal product promotions without lawful authorization.
7. 07 Circumventing WhatsApp rate limits, warm-up recommendations, or safety delays built into the software.
8. 08 Using group extraction or contact tools to message individuals who did not consent to private outreach.
9. 09 Sending bulk promotional messages through personal WhatsApp accounts in violation of platform rules.
10. 10 Re-selling access to WHATSENDER PRO for spam campaigns or unauthorized bulk messaging services.

As a condition of your license, you agree to comply with all applicable international and local laws, including but not limited to GDPR (Europe), CAN-SPAM (USA), TCPA (USA), and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.

Users are required to utilize the software's built-in "Delay between messages" and "Account rotation" features to maintain ethical sending patterns. Failure to use these safety features, resulting in platform-level blocks, is the sole responsibility of the user.

• Start with low daily volumes and increase gradually (warm-up) for new numbers or accounts.
• Avoid sending identical copy to thousands of contacts without personalization.
• Do not message outside reasonable business hours in the recipient's time zone when possible.
• Pause campaigns immediately if you receive multiple blocks or spam reports.

• Maintain an internal suppression list of opted-out numbers and never message them again.
• Do not require payment, login, or excessive steps to process an unsubscribe request.
• For Meta Cloud API campaigns, follow template category rules (marketing vs utility) and respect user preferences.

If we receive verified reports of spam behavior or illegal outreach associated with your license, we reserve the right to terminate your software license immediately without refund.

Additionally, we may report such activity to the necessary authorities, Meta, carrier partners, or payment processors if required by law or platform policy.

• Repeat offenders are permanently banned from purchasing any WHATSENDER PRO product.
• We may remotely invalidate license keys linked to confirmed abuse without prior notice.
• Resellers and agencies are jointly responsible for end-client compliance under their licenses.
• Cooperation with spam investigations is mandatory; refusal may result in immediate termination.

WHATSENDER PRO is designed for permission-based marketing: newsletters, product updates, appointment reminders, customer support, and offers to subscribers who expect to hear from you.

Cold outreach to strangers, political mass messaging without consent, and chain-forward schemes are prohibited.

Educational demonstrations and internal team notifications are permitted only when recipients have a legitimate expectation of contact.

If you have received spam from a WHATSENDER PRO user, please report it to us with as much detail as possible so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

• The phone number or WhatsApp account that sent the message.
• Screenshots of the message content and timestamp.
• Any links, attachments, or business names referenced in the outreach.
• Whether you previously opted out and continued receiving messages.
