Multiple account rotation round-robin pool
Multiple Account Rotation distributes campaign volume across a pool of connected WhatsApp numbers using automatic round-robin switching. No single account bears the full load — when one number hits its daily cap, WhatSender seamlessly moves to the next sender while preserving your campaign queue.
Everything you need to get started
Follow these steps in WhatSender Pro to activate this feature in minutes.
-
Accounts → Manage Multi Accounts → connect 2+ numbers (green Connected status).
-
Sending Mode → enable Rotation → select accounts for the pool.
-
Set cap e.g. 100 messages per account, launch campaign — rotation runs automatically.
Step-by-step guide
-
01
Connect multiple WhatsApp profiles
Accounts → Add profile → scan QR for each number. Each must show green Connected in Master Profile Manager before joining a pool.
-
02
Create a rotation pool
Sending Mode → Rotation ON → tick the accounts to include. Label them Sales / Support / Promo for clear reports.
-
03
Set per-account message cap
Optional limit e.g. 100–300 messages per number before auto-switch. Prevents any single SIM from overheating.
-
04
Launch campaign — auto alternation
account_rotator.sys sends message 1 from Account A, message 2 from Account B, and cycles through the pool. Queue never stops.
-
05
Review per-account stats
Delivery reports split volume by sender — see which numbers performed best and which need cooldown.
-
06
Isolate flagged numbers
If one account gets restricted, remove it from the pool — the other numbers continue the campaign uninterrupted.

Single account vs rotation pool
Single account
- 500–1,000 msg/day ceiling
- One ban stops everything
- Manual number switching
- High heat on one SIM
Rotation pool (4 numbers)
- 4,000+ msg/day capacity
- Ban isolation — pool continues
- Automatic round-robin
- Distributed heat per account
How this helps your business
-
5,000+ daily capacity
5 numbers × 1,000 sends each = agency-scale outreach from one dashboard.
-
Ban isolation
One flagged number does not halt your entire operation.
-
Hands-free switching
No manual profile clicks mid-campaign — rotation is fully automatic.
-
Agency multi-client scale
Run separate pools per client or share a team pool across campaigns.
-
Heat management
Cap + rotate before any single number hits WhatsApp organic limits.
Best practices
- Use similar-aged numbers in one rotation pool — don't mix brand-new SIMs with 6-month accounts.
- Cap at 200–300 per number per day for promotional campaigns.
- Label accounts clearly: Sales West, Support, Promo — for report clarity.
- Always run Anti-Block Delays on every account in the pool.
- Combine with Hot-Switch for manual override when one number needs immediate rest.
