License keys are emailed automatically after successful payment — often within minutes.

Look in every mail folder

Your license email comes from WhatSender Pro (sales@whatsenderpro.com or your payment receipt sender). Gmail, Outlook, and corporate filters sometimes file it under Promotions, Updates, or Spam.

  1. Search All Mail — not only the primary inbox tab.
  2. Open Spam / Junk and mark our message as Not spam if found.
  3. In Gmail, check Promotions and Updates tabs.
  4. Wait up to 15 minutes after payment — gateways can delay confirmation.

Request a resend from support

If you cannot find the email, we can resend your license key and download link after verifying your purchase.

Use Transaction release enquiry

Open https://www.whatsenderpro.com/support-whatsender/, choose Transaction release enquiry, and tell us you need your license key resent. Include the purchase email and payment date.

  1. Enquiry type → Transaction release enquiry.
  2. Email address → your current contact email.
  3. License / order email → the email used at checkout (required for lookup).
  4. Message → “Please resend license key and download link.”

Faster verification means faster resend — usually same business day.

Include these details in your message

We match your enquiry to the LMS order record and payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, Razorpay).

  1. Full name on the order.
  2. Purchase email address (must match checkout).
  3. Payment date and approximate amount (USD or INR).
  4. Payment method (PayPal, card, Razorpay, etc.) if known.
  5. Screenshot of payment receipt (optional but speeds up lookup).
Wrong email at checkout?

Tell us both the checkout email and the correct email where you want the license sent. We verify ownership before changing delivery.

Activate after you receive the email

Your resent email includes the license key and a time-limited download link.

Install and activate on Windows

Copy the license key from the email, download the installer from the secure link, then paste the key in Software License Activation on first launch.

  1. Download only from the link in your email or our official Download page.
  2. Run setup as administrator on Windows 10/11 (64-bit).
  3. Paste license key → Activate → wait for SYSTEM STATUS: READY.

Lost license FAQ

How long does it take to resend a license key?

If payment was successful, we usually resend within a few hours on business days once you submit a Transaction release enquiry with your purchase email. Automated emails can arrive in minutes after we trigger a resend.

I paid but never got any email — what happened?

Payment may still be pending or failed at the gateway. Check your bank/PayPal for a completed charge. If charged but no license, contact support with your receipt — we will match the order and send the key manually.

Can I get my license key on WhatsApp?

Yes — after we verify your purchase we can confirm the key via WhatsApp support. For security, always start with the enquiry form or email so we can log your reference number.
