In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and rules notified thereunder, WhatSender Pro has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints and requests relating to the processing of your personal data.

You may also use our general support channels for product or license issues. For privacy-specific grievances under the DPDP Act, please email the Grievance Officer with the subject line "DPDP Grievance" so your request is routed correctly.

You may contact the Grievance Officer regarding personal data that WhatSender Pro processes about you as a customer, website visitor, trial user, or license holder, including:

• Requests to access personal data we hold about you
• Requests to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Requests to erase personal data no longer required for stated purposes (subject to legal retention)
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing or optional processing
• Complaints about unauthorized processing, data security concerns, or breach notifications
• Nomination of another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
• Questions about how we use license, billing, support, or website data

1. Your full name and registered email address used with WhatSender Pro
2. License key or order reference (if applicable)
3. A clear description of your grievance or data rights request
4. The specific right you wish to exercise (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, etc.)
5. Supporting documents or screenshots, if relevant
6. Your preferred contact method for our response

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing sensitive requests. This helps protect your data from unauthorized access.

• Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 7 business days.
• Resolution: We endeavour to investigate and respond to valid grievances within 30 days, or within the period prescribed under applicable law, whichever is shorter.
• Complex requests: If additional time is required due to the nature of the request or verification needs, we will inform you of the expected timeline.
• No fee: Grievance redressal is provided free of charge for legitimate requests under the DPDP Act.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Act once the Board is fully operational and accepting complaints from Data Principals.

We encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer first so we have an opportunity to resolve your concern directly.
